We do not believe in hiding prices, making you reach out, wait for a response, exchange multiple emails until you finally get a number... only to find out our figures may not be in line with each other. We believe it is more beneficial for everyone to present the services that are offered and let you decide which is best for your vision and budget. During your consultation call, we will happily answer any and all questions you have.
While based along the Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ border, we will travel anywhere for your event. There are no additional costs for travel up to 50 miles from Montvale, NJ. Evening events located 150+ miles away require overnight lodging to be covered by the client.

WEDDINGS

JUST THE PARTY
$2500

This package includes full professional sound for your cocktail hour and reception (up to five hours total), an experienced DJ/MC, tube lighting and sound-activated accent lighting for the reception venue.

"I DO," TOO
$3000

Your ceremony is the wedding. It is the moment that solidifies your union in matrimony. This package contains all the standard reception items, plus professional sound for your ceremony (up to six hours total).

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!
$3500

You and your guests can commemorate your special day with a digital photo booth that sends pictures directly to your device. Clients will receive a file the following morning with all photos from the event, which you are free to share on social media. (Note: photo booth does not come with props.)

BOUTIQUE BEATS
$1000

Throwing a birthday party, shower, or some other intimate gathering and need a top-notch DJ/MC to entertain your guests? We've got you covered! Sound-activated venue lighting can be added for $400.00. (This package is ideal for events with 40-100 people.)

CORPORATE & CROWD EVENTS
$2000

Bigger events require more planning and bigger crowds require more sound. We will provide professional sound for dancing, top-tier wireless microphones for any speeches, tube lighting and sound-activated venue lighting for your event, as well as a satellite speaker if sound is needed in a separate room or area of the venue. (This package is ideal for events with 125+ people.)

SWEET 16/MITZVAH
$2500

One of the biggest events in a teenager's life should be treated as such. All Sweet 16s and Mitzvahs come with meticulous planning, professional sound, tube lighting, sound-activated accent lighting, and party games for guests. This package also includes a satellite speaker if sound is needed in a separate room or area of the venue.

All party packages are based on events lasting 3-4 hours. Rates will be adjusted for events of varying lengths (shorter or longer). School-related events such as school dances, fundraisers, etc. will be priced on an individual basis at a discounted rate. Please inquire about your event via email with all pertinent information. Any outdoor events require the client to supply full overhead coverage of all sound equipment.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

DIGITAL PHOTO BOOTH

Capture all of the memories from your event with a professional-grade, space-friendly digital photo booth. Guests can have their images sent to them via text, email, or social media within seconds. Clients will receive a file of all photos taken during the event later on in the week. From there, you may do with the photos as you wish — they are yours to keep! (Note: photo booth does not include props.)

TRIVIA/MUSICAL BINGO

Looking for something fun and different for your event? Want to throw in a dash of competition? Add trivia or musical bingo! Suitable for any non-wedding event, musical bingo is just like traditional bingo — only with music instead of numbers. Both trivia and musical bingo are customized to suit the length, theme, and vision for your event. Pricing for both games is based on the length and day of the week for your event. Please provide the details of your event via call or email for an accurate quote.

As a high school teacher during the day, Mr. 845 Entertainment owner Mike Zacchio knows firsthand how hard teachers work and how often they regularly go above and beyond for their students. As a result, teachers receive 10% off with proof of employment at an educational institution.

This discount may be combined with specials being offered by Mr. 845 Entertainment (holiday sales, flash sales, etc.), but it cannot be combined if both members of the couple or both parties paying for the event are teachers (ex: engaged couple of teachers do not get 20% off).
